I watched this program called “Tool Academy“, yesterday, when I was over at my friend’s house. It is the funniest yet most ridiculous show in the UK. I swear it. Basically, 12 guys go away to this boarding house and compete for what they think is the title for “Britain’s Ultimate Lad” but as soon as they arrive they are told they were sent here because their girlfriends think they need some attitude adjustment, etc. Most of the guys are right dickheads, it’s like, “Why would you actually treat your missus, like that?!” One guy just has the nastiest temper on him, one guy actually cheated on his girlfriend in the toilets in the previous episode (next episode she finds out! Drama, if I ever saw it) and one guy was just extremely jealous. >.<
Like, all couples suffered from trust issues, etc. I don’t understand why you would want to expose your relationship like that on TV. If anything, I’d prefer to just sort it out behind closed doors. There’s no point in airing your dirty laundry, is there? In one part of the show, the guys had to take a lie detector test and answer questions asked by their girlfriends but what they didn’t know is that it was a fake lie detector test; so, one of the guys actually exposed that he has a child with another woman! Imagine his girlfriend’s horror. I felt so sorry for her. (cry)
Some dudes frustrate me. :<
Day 12: What got you into this challenge?
Mutay actually got me into this challenge. I saw she was doing a 30 day challenge on her blog and it really made me want to do one, as well. And the fact that I wanted to revive my attempt at doing one last time and actually try to do it properly this time 🙂
I’m going to Birmingham, tonight. There’s this club called Gatecrasher and I’ve heard it is pretty live. Plus, I have been out out since the New Year D: Should be a pretty good night, as well. No lectures until Thursday – so, party up in hurr. 😀 Also, I did my presentation that I was banging out about in the past couple of posts. It went pretty well but we find out the results tonight when our teacher posts it up on Moodle (an online environment where we receive our grades, past lectures, etc.). The group before did some immense presentation, though, complete with YouTube videos as examples and just loads of useful information. Show offs.
