Working Girl Problems

It’s been a hectic few days and I’ve now come to realised how busy being a working girl is.

Now that I have two jobs, I have to juggle between them – I am currently doing two days at Mutual Media and three days at Move Digital but it’s the travelling that is taxing on me. I have to travel quite far from where I live to get to these places.

I just started working at MD yesterday , but I can tell the journey is going to kill me every time. It takes me about an hour, which in theory shouldn’t be bad, but I have to take a bus and the tube. The tube is a nightmare. It’s hot, sweaty, people love to stare and there’s no damn personal space.

My journey to MM isn’t too bad because the tube line I take for that is less crowded around the times I get in and also when I leave to go some. I just really hate the Underground but it gets me to work quicker. Working girl problems.

In OkCupid news: I may have a date next week with this guy.

In Deux Ville Filles news: Do you have any songs on repeat? Let us know. I currently have Timber by Pitbull ft Ke$ha stuck in my head.

I have so much respect for people who get the tube! I can’t cope with it at all, it’s unbelievably stressful. I hope your job makes it worthwhile, they do sound like two very good places to work though so maybe once you start getting used to the routine it won’t be too bad? Good luck with the Gatsby date! That’s a great first message to send to someone!

Thank you so much. I’ve never taken the tube as much as I do now, so it is a bit of a shock to my system. Things are getting exciting at my new place, so I definitely it will be worth it in the end 🙂

Woooow that’s quite hectic to be working two jobs, I’d surely get confused!

That’s annoying how the journey is so long but I guess you’ll get used to it and make adjustments accordingly to make the journey more comfortable 🙂 A bottle of water always helps 😛

Awwwh that’s a very unique message and lovely too! Have fun on your date ^^

I have “let it go” by Demi Lovato on constant repeat in my head…

Yes! I always bring a bottle with me – I get so parched when I travel for so long.
I love ‘Let It Go’ but I think I prefer Idina Menzel’s version best 😀

I know! It gets so hot in trains and on the tube!

Oooh, I like both but I do prefer Demi’s voice. 😛
