Hello ladies and gentlemen of the blogosphere.

I haven’t written a proper blog in such a long time. I’m come to the conclusion that I don’t want to turn my blog into a photoblog and I miss writing long passages of text. This is why I have recently accquired a Tumblr. It satisfies my urges to post short blogs. I rather like Tumblr too – it’s like a cross between Twitter (with the followed and the followers), Facebook (you can like the posts) and a blog. Also, I like the look of this Google Wave. I’ve sent off for an invitation and I get invited, I’ll tell you guys what it’s like. Check me out Tumblr: mrsdracomalfoy.

So, what have I been up to while I’ve been away? If you follow me on Twitter you’ll probably know. I’ve been put on the school council (+ I have a badge, I like badges.) – the amount of extra time I put in at school is ridiculous but sometimes it’s fun. Like last open evening, I was just hanging out in Media Studies watching YouTube videos. It’s sixth form open evening next week. I hope the teachers give us food. I also started my first TA (teacher’s assistant) lesson today. That is quite fun and the year 7s aren’t that bad – they just have a few spelling issues and stuff. They also call me Miss and they asked their teacher if they have to stand up if I come into the room. So respectful. Ah, I remember when I was 11 years old. I’ve also got to work on 2 pieces of coursework for English. The first is a retake of last year’s because I majorly flopped that and it’s about the representation of tragic heroes in Shakespeare’s King Lear and Hamlet and the second piece of coursework is an independent study. I hate independent study because you have to make up your own question. I’m doing magical realism vs. historical fiction and my three books (yes, that’s right three damn books I have to read – and as much as I love reading, come on…) are Nights at the Circus, The Handsmaid Tale and Wildthorn. Wish me luck on my coursework. I also have to get this damn personal statement done. I get a headache just thinking about it.

Facebook is such a distraction to my life. I have recently become addicted to Sorority Life (level 26) and it’s not good. I promised I wouldn’t get distracted this year… it’s evidently not working.

I’m off to Tumblr some more, tweet some more + watch episode six of Tokyo Juliet. It’s Wu Chun’s birthday tomorrow. I love him ♥

Chynna x

Whoa, you can .. make colors when you hover over the icons. ^^ That amuses me.

Everyone I know has a tumblr but I refuse to get one. I have way too many social networks, and e-mails, and internet stuff. O.o I’ll just stick to my beloved Smashed Dreams. It’s my homeeeee (:

I’ve missed talking to you. Imagine two weeks without my site, was like hell. Should have just talked to you on MSN. But I don’t recall seeing you online .. or perhaps I just never paid attention.

Yay for TA and being an officer. (: Sounds all official. I like badges. Awesomeness.

I’ve recently gotten addicted to Facebook also. I use to never use it, now I’m on it everyday. WHY WHY. I have no idea.
