I don’t actually start my third term of university until the 18th but I’m already back in Coventry much to my dismay. I originally came down on the 14th because I had a Mandarin lesson on the 15th. Turns out it was just an outing to a Chinese restaurant, and I had to pay £8 so I skipped out and went to the cinema with my friend instead. I saw The Avengers again. As you can tell, I LOVE that film. I missed out on the post-credits scene last time because I was busting for a pee because silly ol’ me decided to get a super large drink but I managed to stay for them this time round. I can’t wait for the next Marvel film! Omgg.
I had another good weekend! It was one of my oldest friend’s birthday (I’ve known her since primary school) last Friday and her boyfriend surprised her by inviting us to Pizza Express and then roller disco afterwards. She wasn’t expecting us to show up at all at Pizza Express – her face when she saw us = priceless! I love surprising people. We even bought a cake and gave it to the people who carried it over and we all sang happy birthday whilst she blew out her candles. Roller disco is so much fun as well! I’d never been to a roller disco before, so it was even more fun. Surprisingly easy too but I have this thing where I kept looking at the floor because I was slightly nervous. I fell over twice as well. How embarrassing. @_@
On the Saturday we all went clubbing in central London. Expensive as anything but I had so much fun! It was really hot and sweaty in the club we went to though. But my friend said she had a birthday to remember, so that’s all that matters really!
On Sunday, my family and I went to an Italian restaurant for a family friend’s leaving do and also it was their daughter’s first birthday. For my starter I had stuffed mushrooms topped with parma ham and tomato sauce. So delicious! For my main I ordered a calzone which was the biggest calzone I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t even finish it and I always finish my food! The food was really good though E:
I had a baby plonked onto my lap as well and my Tita* was like to the baby, “You sit with, Tita.” Wait, what? I’ve now upgraded from Ate** to Tita… I must be getting old. I don’t want to turn 20 this year o_o
As soon as I arrived back in Coventry that’s when Mutay decides to go back to London. Waaaah. Her mum came down to help her bring some of her stuff back up (but she isn’t officially moving out yet) and she treated us to a meal at Cosmo which is my favourite buffet restaurant! By the third plate, Mutay and I were stuffed. She kept making me laugh as well so my belly hurt like hell. Cry.
Good weekend? Awesome weekend! Back to uni on Friday though. Ack.
