Graze Box: A (partial) Review

Graze is a healthy snack delivery service. Previously I didn’t think I could order these because you have to tick whether you have a nut allergy or not but I discovered that I can just uncheck all their products with nuts. That’s like a lot of their stuff, but I wanted to try it! (It’s also a pretty big risk because in their FAQs they state: Unfortunately not, we can’t guarantee that our products are free from traces of nuts and sesame ingredients since everything is prepared in the same place. So if you have a nut allergy, you will not be able to graze.)

graze box

You get your first box free and then afterwards it’s £3.89 per box and then you get your 5th and 10th box free (with the promotion [1. Use my friend code]).

I got my second Graze box in the post today, so I thought I’d review some of it. I would have done a review on my first one but I got really excited that I ate it real quick. The last snack box I got had apple and cinnamon flapjacks, summer fruits, twist of black pepper popcorn and green olives with harissa. The best thing was that I ate the snacks for lunch and they filled me up. (I usually bring my own lunch but then I get hungry again and end up buying something else even though I’m trying to save money. It’s so bad.)

Graze sends out 100% recyclable boxes which is pretty cool because my mum is always bugging me about recycling. You get four snacks per box and even the napkin they provide is recyclable. Plus, the box is pretty to look at. Or maybe it’s just me.

inside a graze box

In this week’s Graze box I got Korean chilli rice crackers, florentine (pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate buttons and cranberries), smoky gazpacho relish with wholemeal crisp bread slices and graze’s chocolate orange (orange chocolate raisins, orange infused raisins, milk chocolate buttons and jumbo raisins). I’ve only actually had the bread slices and the rice crackers but I thought I’d review them because they were pretty fucking tasty.

korean chilli rice crackers

You had me at ‘chilli’. I will put chilli sauce on anything. These were by far the best crackers I’ve had in a while and you will always find me in that aisle in Sainsburys looking for a new cracker to try out (btw, there are these really nice cheesy ones but I forget the name). They were like little puffs of heaven. When you bite into them they’re really soft but with a certain crunch and then you get the lovely chilli flavour as well. I will definitely want this again in my next box.

smoky gazpacho dip

I’ve heard of gazpacho sauce but I’ve never had it before. Gazpacho sauce is basically a smoky tomato relish. I’m not a big fan of tomato based condiments (*cough*ketchup*cough*) but this one actually tasted pretty good. The bread was nice and I liked that it was wholemeal as well. I just wish there were more pieces in the pack. One can only dream.

Overall, 2/4 snacks were very nice and I can’t wait to try the other 2 when I’m at work tomorrow. I will most likely tweet about them. In the meantime, if you want to try out Graze you can use my friend code to get your 1st, 5th and 10th box free!

I love my Graze box! It’s such a nice surprise once every 2 weeks for me (for some reason I ALWAYS forget I have one coming haha :D). I agree with you about how pretty the boxes are. I like all the typography on the little plastic containers for the snacks. The Korean chili crackers are AMAZE. Like you, I always have hot sauce/chilli on everything I eat…it’s a bad habit. The Gazpacho thing looks right up my lane as well. I always gravitate towards the savoury stuff, but I have been impressed by their sweet snack as well!

I forgot this one was coming as well, and because I was off work it was nice to be there when it arrived! The typography is really pretty 🙂 You should definitely try the gazpacho – I want to try and make some myself! Can’t wait until my next one 😀

I had a graze box before! It’s recommended for anyone who likes to sample a variety of stuff. It’s great that they fill you up! Especially since one of those package is like one serving. You’re lucky that you even got a napkin! I didn’t get any of those :o.

It sounded like you liked your Graze box! Hope the future boxes are just as tasty for you or better :). If I wasn’t on a tight budget, I’d probably go for these once every 2~4 weeks.

How scandalous that they didn’t give you a napkin. So rude, lol. They pack it quite a lot of bits which I guess is why it fills you up. So tasty 🙂

I’s almost two in the morning and I’m sat looking for my card details to join Graze now! Been wanting to for a long time, but this has sold me completely. Started looking through all the snacks and getting really excited (I’ve been healthy eating and the only “treat” I’ve been having is boxes of raisins, so this is the perfect time. Before I go mad and start burning all raisin-based products). I used your friend code (hope you don’t mind), can’t wait now!

And about the guest blogging, I’ll send you a list tomorrow with all my terrible ideas haha
    xx

I want to try graze but I’m not entirely sure it’s something I can afford. I mostly want to try it because lately my husband has been open to trying new an healthy things and that is rare lol

I think you can get a box every 2 – 4 weeks 🙂 Or you could probably find similar recipes for some of the things they make. I never thought healthy eating could be so tasty – I most thought it was rabbit food, haha.
