Future Tag

Not much to report here today, readers, hence the late post (well depending where you live. It’s currently 10:15pm over here). So, I thought I’d give the future tag I found on Tumblr a shot 🙂

1.Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Hopefully with a husband and kids with a stable job and a nice house. My ideal choice would be to be an author, so I’m just at home looking after the kids whilst coming up with new story ideas, etc. Also, possibly still maintaining this blog – who knows?

2. Do you want to get married?

Yes! I haven’t given it that much thought, though.

3. Do you want to have children?

Yes. Preferably two or three depending on what my vajayjay can handle. My friend’s boyfriend’s sister recently had a baby and she had to have stitches down there :S

4. Do you want to move? If yes, where?

I can’t see myself living outside of London but who knows? I could see myself in a warmer climate, though.

5. How does your dream house look like?

6. What is your dream job?

Author 🙂

7. What are five things you want to do before you die?

1. Travel the world
2. Fall in love
3. Write a novel (or two)
4. Meet one of my favourite celebrities in person
5. Meet an online friend

See more of my bucket list here.

8. Are you scared of the future?

Deathly.

9. What’s your biggest dream you would like to achive in life?

Have a bestselling novel.

10. What would be the ideal age for you to die?

Old age. I don’t really do rough estimates and I’d rather not think about dying :S

In other news the OkCupid experiment is still ongoing and I got my best friend to join as well. I’m hoping to have a guest post up from her soon, as she said she’s up for writing about her experiences. It’ll be interesting to see if she’s having a different experience to me. I’ll also be writing a post soon, so stay tuned for that. Until tomorrow!

Being a mother and author at the same time sounds perfect! When you have that break from watching the kids, you can write some some things that your imagination came up with (in 10 years XD)! Some people still have contents on their blogs since like 2002. I could totally see you maintaining a blog!

I like how you’re totally open on your blog. Two or three kids sounds good. I want 1 daughter and 2 sons in specific D’:. I hope your friend’s boyfriend’s sister is fine from that stitch though!

The top floor of your dream home looks like some coffee-bookshop place :o.

I’m still trying to think up something for a guest post. I’ll let you know how that goes XD.

    Take care!!

Wow, 2002 is a crazy long time ago!

That’s why I love to blog because I can be so open 😀 Nothing like having a place for your own voice. X

Wow. Your dream house has so many books! It is like a book house and is so cool! 😀

Ugh, that dreaded question about where I’d see myself in the future. My goals are very similar to yours. I want at least two kids, one boy and a girl, and a dream home that resembles the one that you’ve pictured. (I’m going to invest in a huge library haha.) I’m glad you have a passion for writing and already know what you want to do. I’m still trying to figure out what kind of career/job I’ll have.

I have friends around my age who have 1 or 2 children already. I can’t imagine how tasking it would be on the body… I’ve still got a few years before I look forward to any of that excitement.

You definitely should continue blogging in the years to come. I think it’s quite neat to watch how your style and priorities change. I can already see myself ranting about “the good old days” and promoting my old fashioned ways. x)

I also have friends around my age who have 1 or 2 children and that’s all they’ve ever known. I couldn’t imagine myself having a kid at such a young age.

I’m looking forward to maintaining this blog for years to come 🙂

I’ve always wanted a big house with tonnes of books (and a typewriter) too- that photo is a pretty great approximation of what it looks like in my head! I doubt I’d ever be able to afford one like it (let alone in London!) but perhaps a cosier version is something for future 😉

I don’t think much about the future in terms of my ~life. I’m pretty focused on my career and my PhD and things, but I’ve never even thought about partners and children or anything. O_o
I’m not sure I’m ready to either.. haha.

Owning a typewriter is on my bucket list, too! 😀 It would be totally amazing if I was actually able to get a house like that. Ah to dream.
