Deeds

I am tired. Oh, so tired.

So, I just came in from helping at the old people’s Christmas party. Okay, that’s a lie… I came in like an hour ago but I’ve been tinkering about on the site trying to get it just the way I want. Before I go on, I’d like to point out the changes because I’m actually happy about the way things turned out,

  • I’ve a Mood thing. I was browsing plugins and stumbled upon this handy little creation. And who’d have known I’d have a set of Doctor Who pictures of different moods? Very noice.
  • Also a avatar thing. Reminds me of my old Livejournal blog. Although, let’s not go there because that blog is atrocious. :/
  • NEW LAYOUT!

I’ve been on this Doctor Who high for about a week now. I’ve been watching one episode everyday, two if I can fit it in. But I promise to stop right there because I know me talking about Who all the time is tedious.

So, where was I? Ah yes! This Christmas Party… it was alright. I guess. I mean it was old people, some of them were so adorable. Old people make me laugh. Not in a horrible way, don’t worry but in an “Awww, that’ll be me someday” sort of way. There was one lady who got up and started dancing by herself, haa. And the musician dedicated a song to the girls who were helping out. All the Year 12s got up and started dancing to Amy Winehouse’s “Valerie” (Personally, I like the original better by The Zutons), I was like, “Ooooh, boy.” My friend nicked a bottle of wine. Is that something I should be disclosing on my blog? Ah, well. I highly doubt any of the other people helping out at the party read this anyway. I also overdone it on the turkey. My other friend and I just got a plate of turkey and gravy and sat in the corner eating after we served the old people. Turkey is dry. Eish.

I feel like I’ve done my good deed of the week. Makes me feel very happy.

More happy news; I’ve sent of my UCAS. *pauses to hear everyone throwing celebrations* I’m just glad I’ve got it over and done with. But then again, this next part is mildly scary because I have to wait and I hate waiting. I’ve received my Welcome Letter from UCAS and an email. I’ve also received a conditional offer from Bedfordshire: 200 tariff points including GCE/VCE A level CC. I’ll have go over how many 200 tariff points is but I’m pretty sure I could get that. My other 3 choices haven’t gotten back to me yet but I’m pretty optimistic. Well, I have to be otherwise I ain’t going anywhere.

Also, it’s Parents Evening on Thursday. To be honest, I’ve been pretty good this year – attending lessons and whatnot and I’ve only had one hiccup (that argument with my English teacher) but other that than I don’t see any reason for me to get a good report. I shouldn’t speak too soon though. I’ll shush.

I’m feeling really happy right now. I’ve just realised. Things are looking up and I don’t feel like I want to break down because I feel like I’m carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I feel I’ve been relieved of a little pressure. And I’m really looking forward to Christmas – I have a Toy Story 3 Advent Calendar (Raise your hands if you’re excited for Toy Story!) and also the Doctor Who special “The End of Time Part 1” is airing on Christmas Day with the second part on New Years Day. I’m excited but slightly dreading it because it’ll be David’s last episodes. I’m also really hoping I get the laptop that my Lolo’s promised he’d get me. I have to choose one first. Ha. I’ve been pining for a new laptop for AGES. So, it would be understandable that I’m excited. ๐Ÿ™‚

SEE ALSO:  So much to say

I think everyone should listen to Chameleon Circuit. And watch littleradge on YouTube and look at his striking resemblance to David Tennant. Too bad he has a girlfriend and that he lives all the way in Scotland. I KNOW RIGHT?! He’s Scottish and looks like David Tennant (who is also Scottish). Eish.

So, have you hugged your Time Lord today?

elders are really funny in some way, sometimes annoying, but I cant help to adore them when they show their charming and loving side ^^

How do you come up with these layouts?
“Bedfordshire” that’s so English sounding ๐Ÿ˜€
Are you staying home, or moving into a dorm or something?
I’m so glad that we don’t have parents evening.

“So, have you hugged your Time Lord today?” No,lol!

I love it. I love the new layout. I love love love love love it. XDD Time Lord. I kind of cracked up when I read that. :DDDD

Yay for Doctor Who who I never watch anymore ๐Ÿ˜›

HAHAHA, christmas parties (: A few more weeks and NO SCHOOL.

Glad you’re feeling happier. ^^ That’s how I’ve been feeling too. Yay us (: Except I have my moments where I’m just like.. rawr. (Kuya’s fault, really.) But other than that, I’ve been at my happiest these days (:

    ————————-

I talk to God in my head TOO. And even though I don’t get a response, I feel like he’s listening. When I’m thinking to myself, I always think that God’s listening. Soooo, yeah. It’s cool. But I do like to go to Confession once in awhile, because God gave priests that job. So I believe if God gave them the job, it’ll be fine. If they go around telling people my sins, God will deal with them in the end ๐Ÿ˜€

Shoe shop? OOOOOO That’s cool. You want to send me some free shoes? XDDDD What kind of shoes?

… I’m not sure if yellow suits me. I think darker colors suit everyone… xDD So I’m not sure. I just like mixing and matching stuff. ๐Ÿ˜€

Your layouts are always so nice (:
I had a strong feeling that before I even started reading that that was Doctor Who I was looking at then I started to read. I am definately going to watch an episode and see how I like it and your right whether I like it or not I’ll get to say ” I’ve watched Doctor Who ” !

I saw New Moon and it wasn’t half bad in my opinion except the ending just kind of left you hanging, luckily I read the book.

    Question, what are UCAS ?

Toy Story 3! I so want to see that movie, It’s totally understandable about you being excited about getting a new laptop, I know I was and thankfully did so I’m sure you’ll get yours too.

For some reason I always enjoy coming to your site and reading your blogs!
