I have a new layout! I actually really like this one. It’s just small and cute. Like me, right? Ha, I’m joking 😀 Took me a while to make because I had to convert it into WordPress theme but I’m pretty happy with the outcome.
Note: I no longer accept advertising. The buttons at the bottom are the remaining adverts that are still on their plan. After that, no adverts will be displayed.
How have you guys been? It was my Mum and Dad’s 20th anniversary, yesterday. Mutay & I surprised them by cooking for them. I am proud to say that it was a complete success. It was Mutay’s idea to cook for them actually & I’m glad I went with it because they LOVED what we made for them. My Lola and Lolo also came over, & they loved it as well.
For starters, we started off with hot and spicy chicken wings on a bed of salad, salad with dressing and croutons and prawns fried in batter. IT WAS DELICIOUS. We are most excellent chefs – not gonna lie. We had to stop ourselves from munching all the prawns because they were so tasty! The chicken wings, OMG. Seriously. We kept two each and sent the rest up and they devoured within minutes! Haha.
Our main was chowmein. We cooked two different types: beef and chicken. That went really well as well. Our food was simple delectable. I keep boasting and stuff but we are actually really good chefs. Mutay’s boyfriend was like, “It bodes well for the future.” Is that implying, something? Don’t make me pull the feminist card! Haha.
For desert, there was cake that a family friend made and it was emerald green because that’s the colour associated with 20th anniversaries. It smelt so nice! I can’t eat cake (allergic to egg -.-) but the icing was absolutely tasty and I got to eat the roses later on.
Earlier on in the day, Mutay and I visited our old high school. That place brought back so many memories! There’s a new receptionist at the 6th form and I DO NOT like her. She’s weird. We saw my old Media Studies teacher – I think that him getting married was the best thing for him because he seems much better looking and doesn’t shake as much as he used to (because he used to drink LOADS of coffee and smoke like every single minute). Haha. Our old English teacher has gotten proper chubby, though. Mutay was so rude and kept going on, “You’re so fat, sir!” and “I mean, what happened? You need to hit the gym!” Haha! She cracks me up! 😀
It was nice going back, sort of. We saw a lot of people who were quite happy to see us. I saw girl I’ve known since primary school. It’s so weird to think I’ve known her for nearly 15 years! Wow.
I’m going out for a meal with some people I’ve seen in quite a while, next week as well. So, that’s quick good 🙂 I’m always up for eating out. Haha.
Don’t you hate people who bring up things that clearly should be left in the past? They annoy the crap out of me. It’s not necessary to bring up things that just bring unnecessary memories for everyone who was involved and especially to those who simply want to put it behind them. And the person, is all like, “I’m just saying! I don’t want to start an argument!” That’s BS! If you want to say something, say it to their damn face – don’t go all bigging it up on Twitter like you’re superior and have never done anything bad in your life -.- F’ing idiot.
